The PASCO2® methodology
A supercritical carbon-dioxide process for cleaning and sterilizing allograft tissue — engineered to preserve tissue for its intended function.
Cleaned and sterilized without harsh residues
PASCO2® is Precision Allograft’s proprietary methodology involving supercritical carbon dioxide for the cleaning and sterilization of allograft tissues and other biologics. Suarez Associates distributes allografts processed with it.
The method is based on ISO 14937:2009 sterilization and uses a validated, highly effective washing procedure that removes blood particles and lipids while fully inactivating pathogenic microorganisms — molds, yeasts, and both vegetative and spore-forming bacteria.
